Annual Flying Stars for Year 2006
From February 4, 2006 to February 3, 2007

Flying Stars is a powerful, traditional Feng Shui practice. It is an analysis of the Five Elements and 9 Star combinations (representing certain energy patterns) that occupy every building. Each New Year these annual stars change, Chi shifts happen, bringing good and bad energy with them - thereby producing different effects. Cont...

When we entered Period 8, all Feng Shui energy patterns underwent huge transformations. This means that a large scale evolution with completely new energy dynamics started. The significance is that the new, vibrant energies of Period 8 impacts buildings differently than before, and energies that were previously activated now need to be remedied, in order to reduce any bad effects from the past influences.

For the remedies and enhancers to be effective, they should be cleansed, energized, blessed not only for the particular individual or family but also for the specific purpose or problem. They should also be placed in the appropriate location.

The 9 Flying Stars is a numbered system that determines how combinations of Chi described by your house Trigram number, annual, and monthly star numbers influence your health, wealth, and relationships.

Every year, and every month, those 9 stars are moving. There are 4 inauspicious stars this year; 5, 2, 3, 7 and the direction where those stars come up need a remedy to protect your life.

The direction in which your main door lies is very important to any form of Feng Shui. The primary reason for this is that the air currents and energy flow in and flow out through the mouth of the main door. You will receive positive energy for the year if the main door faces a direction of auspicious stars, and you will receive negative energy for the year if the main door faces a direction of inauspicious stars.

In case negative impacts are forecast, you can simply offset the negative energy by installing the recommended remedies there. Any or all of these remedies can be reused for the coming years; the only thing is that they should be repositioned according to the New Year.

Activate this year's 2006 good luck directions such the North for total happiness, business success, and steady progress in finance and good fortune. Activate the Northwest for academic achievement, creativity, writing, romance, family and children. The Southwest should be activated to gain promotion, have a happy marriage and fertility. Activate the East to foster wisdom, fame and good fortune.

Suppress, weaken and discourage this year's 2006 bad luck directions such as the West that brings in catastrophe, casualties, legal entanglements, and illness. Suppress the Southeast from sickness, and serious health hazards. Remedy the South that invites fire, theft, robbery and imprisonment. Exercise caution in the Northeast and balance this direction with accuracy because this direction brings about change, great authority, dignity and fame, however, loneliness and legal entanglements can strongly surface. And lastly, the Center which brought forth romance and academic achievement in 2005 brings the opposite in 2006 such as legal entanglements, robbery, bad health, disagreements, arguments, quarrels, fighting, gossip, and is a bad place for children. The Center is considered the foundation that grounds all the compass directions, and needs well balanced remedies in 2006.

For detail remedies, it is important to consult a Feng Shui Master that fully understands Flying Star Feng Shui because simply applying the five elements are not enough to deactivate the negative Chi (energy).
